For many, Monday morning is the hardest part of the week. They struggle to get started on their work, motivation is at its lowest and before they know it Monday is nearly over.
Over the years I’ve learned to combat the Monday morning blues by:
- Having goals for each week
- Planning my Monday activities the week before
- Monday morning: Review my goals
- Monday morning: Action some quick wins
